We have been a registered LLC since October 2024 and a registered B Corp. Our game-changing environmental pledge was inspired by Patagonia Clothing, which also has been directing 100% of its profits to environmental conservation since September 2022 at the end of its fiscal year.

100% of our profits go to environmental conservation initiatives in NYC (Riverkeeper Restore and Protect Waterways NYC, EANY Clean Water, NY Zero Waste Plan, GrowNYC Zero Waste, NYC Compost Project) and the NGO's SOS Rainforests, Rainforest Defenders, and the Socioenvironmental Institute, majors players in the conservation of the rainforests (tree-planting, reforestation, monitoring forests, building protected environmental reserves, maintaining seed banks, and much more).

You might have seen in the news that over 28 million acres of Rainforest in South and Central America burned in 2024. It's a more extensive area than the entire country of Portugal. The rainforest regulates the climate of the whole globe, especially North America as well.

Rainforests are one of the most important and diverse ecosystems in the world; they deeply impact the various weather patterns throughout the world. The conservation of rainforests is a human necessity, a global necessity.
